Alexis loves her grandmother and is so excited to spend the summer days with her. There is just one thing … Alexis has a secret, something she has kept inside for a long time. To her surprise Grandma Mary knows the secret and this summer is going to be different as the secret is revealed. About the Author: Phyllis is a native of San Diego, CA and continues to live there with her husband Dallas and their three, four legged children, November, Mike and Molly. As a mother Phyllis loved reading to her young son and longed to be named among children’s authors with her own story. I’m A Different Daisy is what Phyllis hopes will be the first of many. Hobbies include gardening, cycling, spending time with family, and of course writing. Phyllis loves learning and holds a Master of Education which she completed August 2014.
